PIANIST
Spain, 1991. Bachelor’s Degree in Piano at the Superior Conservatory of Music in Murcia (Spain) with highest qualifications, where he also studied conducting with teachers such as Ángel Martín Matute, eventual assistant to Gustavo Dudamel.
Master in Teacher Training and Master of Musical Research at the UMU.
Courses of Doctoral program with Thesis developed in the Department of Musical Pedagogy (Faculty of Education), Spanish literature (Faculty of Hispanic Filology) and History of Economics (Faculty of Economics). Thesis not yet completed.
Specialization and postgraduate studies throughout Europe and finally at the Schola Cantorum in Paris with Prof. Aquiles Delle Vigne, pupil of Claudio Arrau and Georges Cziffra. Accepted to study with Prof. Arie Vardi at the Talent Master Music Masterclasses in Brescia/Verona (Italy).

Performances and recitals in various locations in Spain (Cartagena International Festival, Segovia International Festival - along with Chick Korea and Teresa Berganza among others, Víctor Villegas Auditorium in Murcia, San Sebastián Town Hall, PoliMúsica and RCSM in Madrid, l'Escola de Música de Barcelona, Eutherpe Foundation beside Guillermo González and Horacio Gutiérrez among others...), Italy (Accademia Musicale di Firenze, XXV Sessione Senese di Siena-Primavera Senese, Talent Music Summer Festival in Brescia), France (Schola Cantorum and Palais des Congrès-Chambre de Commerce, among others), Belgium (Steinway Academy in Brussels), Holland (CODARTS Rotterdam) and Austria (Solitär, Grosses Studio, Salzburg Congress, Wiener Saal und Grosser Saal, within the Salzburger Festspiele).
Prizes in different competitions on a national and international scale in Spain and abroad. He has been awarded scholarships by the MEC of Spain, Schola Cantorum of Paris and Universität Mozarteum of Salzburg.
Solo recordings and in chamber training for Spanish regional radio channels and RNE broadcasts, WKMT label (Piano Recording Studio) in London.
He has been a student mainly of Emmanuel Ferrer, Santiago Casanova, Albert Attenelle (partner of Alicia de Larrocha) and Aquiles Delle Vigne. He has also received both classes and advice from Claudio Martínez Mehner, Ramiro Sanjinés, Fabio Bidini, Piotr Paleczny, Mikhail Voskresensky (Vladimir Ashkenazy's partner), Roland Pröll (Richter and Rubinstein's student), Arie Vardi, Vicenzo Scaramuzza (Martha Argerich's teacher) or selected for András Schiff's Masterclass.
He has also either known, been influenced or set up a real friendship with other artists, such as Yair Kless, Joaquín Clerch, Julius Berger, Leo Brouwer and Gustavo Dudamel.
He has performed and collaborated with different orchestras and chamber ensembles in the national territory, such as the Chamber Orchestra of Cartagena, Baroque Chamber Orchestra of Murcia, the Castellón Symphony Orchestra, or the current Velcelli Duo with the cellist Gonzalo Meseguer. He has played, among other figures, before former US VicePresident Daniel Quayle and speechwriter/advisor Michael Johns.
As well he has conducted several organizations, such as Masa Coral Tomás Luis de Victoria and Chamber String Ensemble CT, or co-operated as a pianist in the conduction of opera concerts along with great professionals, such as Fiorenza Ippolito (scenography conducting assistant to some Luciano Pavarotti’s operas).
