Felix Suo, a prodigious pianist born in 2014 in Melbourne, at just 9 years old, Felix earned the prestigious Licentiate Diploma LTCL, following his Associate Diploma ATCL achievement at the age of 8, showcasing his talent and dedication to the piano.
Highlighted Awards and Achievement
Felix Suo's talent has earned him numerous first prizes in international piano competitions. Most notably, in 2024, he won the 1st Prize and the Audience Prize at the Kharkiv Meets Zurich 15th International Volodymyr Krainev Competition for Young Pianists in Switzerland. His achievements have also been recognized with a music scholarship from the Polish Foundation Elena Aleksiejuk.
He has also won over 30 First Prizes in international competitions including the Elevato Piano Competition for International Youth Germany, Prize of Piano Competition Online (PCO) Poland, Youth Talent Star International Music Competition Malaysia, GOCAA International Piano Competition USA, International Piano Competition AD LIBITUM Poland, G-Clef International Music Competition South Korea, Brilliant Talent Discovery Awards International Music Competition Singapore, Bach International Music Competition UK, Global Grand Final des usikwettbewerbs der Deutschen Philharmonie, American Protégé International Piano and String Competition.

He has also benefited immensely from private and public masterclasses with renowned professors and pianists such as Prof. Pires Lane, Prof. Natalia Trull, Prof. Katarzyna Popowa-Zydroń, Prof. Gabriel Kwok, Prof. Yunlin Yang, Prof. Jinsang Lee, Ms. Irina Gulzarova, Ms Olga Kharitonova, Mr. Oleg Stepanov, and Ms. Natasha Vlassenko, enriching his musical prowess.
Global Performances and Concertos
Felix's talent has captivated audiences across the globe, with performances spanning Australia, Europe, Asia, and North America. In 2024, he delivered stunning performances at Kantonsschule Uster, Zurich University of the Arts, and the Music Academy of Vytautas Magnus University. His 2023 performances at the Tianjin Juilliard Piano Festival Recital and public masterclass further solidified his reputation as a young maestro. A highlight was performing at Carnegie Hall in New York in 2022 and on Australia's Got Talent, where he mesmerized an audience of 1400 at the Sydney Coliseum Theatre.
Demonstrating exceptional skill in orchestral settings, Felix performed Mozart’s Concerto K414 with the Tianjin Juilliard QingXin Ensemble under Conductor Ms. JiaJing Lai at age 9. The previous year, he captivated audiences with Mozart’s Concerto K271, accompanied by the Irvine Symphony Orchestra and conducted by Prof. Dean Anderson in Los Angeles.
Felix has been dedicated to performing for charity and church concerts since he was 6 years old. In the previous year, he delivered a mesmerizing one-hour recital at the Auburn Church Open Day. This year, Felix is scheduled to perform one-hour recitals in Melbourne and Adelaide, continuing his commitment to sharing his gift with diverse audiences.
